Welcome To QE Park Medical Clinic

Our clinic is owned and operated by our three doctors: Dr Craig Jacobsen, Dr Elinda Ho and Dr Beata Byczko.  We strive to provide the highest quality care for our family practice patients and walk-in patients alike.

We have been practicing family medicine since 1993 and provide both urgent care through our walk-in clinic and full family practice, at QE Park Medical Clinic.

We have a parking lot off the lane in the rear.  The best way to access our rear parking lot is via Yukon Street( Yukon Street is 1 blocks east of Cambie street) or West 23rd Ave (1 block north of W. King Edward Ave).
